Lots of exciting developments happening with SkinnyJab at the moment! One of which being the amazing addition to the team of my private in house chef, Chris. We have spent the past several weeks devising tasty but really easy menus and meal plans which keep your calorific intake within the desired parameters for our programmes to be effective.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, however it couldn’t come at a worse time! We are all usually rushing about trying to get ready for work, kids to school etc, so eating a nutritious breakfast is not always the priority. But we really should make time for this because its really important to have a good start to the day.
Traditional cereals that we shove down our kids necks, are full of sugar with limited nutritional benefit. But with a little extra thought, its very easy to make breakfast time interesting again.
The following pictures are of the breakfasts that I have been eating over the past few days and were made in minutes
The picture below is chopped banana, sliced grapes with granola, live plain yoghurt with a passion fruit jus. Then half a bagel topped with smoked ham and poached egg with a cauliflour based hollandaise sauce. Fresh orange and filtered coffee.
We will have more ideas and short videos coming soon, so watch this space.
If you want the full private chef experience, we will soon be offering full meal preps over 7 days with delivery service in Cheshire
